SENATE BILL NO. 76 An Act relating to long-term plans of                       
certain state agencies and recommendations regarding elimination of

Senator Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption             
of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 2946. Without                
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 76(RLS) An Act relating                      
to results-based government and the state budget; relating to state            
agency program and financial plans; relating to the withholding or             
reduction of appropriations to a state agency; and relating to state           
agency performance and other reports was adopted and read the                  
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                 
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 76(RLS) was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                   
shown as a cosponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so
